Due to an increase in fraudulent orders from overseas and domestic customers
If any of the following information does not match, your order will be unconditionally deemed fraudulent and may be cancelled.

If you use a smart phone or other device to place an order that is far from the delivery address, it may be considered an unauthorized order.
In the event of a cancellation, please contact us.
The cancellation criteria are not intended by our store, but are determined by the system.
Therefore, please understand that we will not be able to reply to any inquiries regarding the reason for cancellation.
Please note that refunds may take some time after cancellation.

Domestic Shipping Policy (USA)

​All Domestic shipping within the United States is free there is no additional shipping cost. All items are shipped via UPS & USPS Priority Mail. Fedex shipping is also available if inquired prior to purchase, additional fees may apply. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing, and 3 to 5 days for arrival.
International Shipping Policy
​The shipping rate for all international purchases will be a flat rate of $40 worldwide for one pair. Exception to this flat rate is only for Canada which will be $25 flat rate shipping cost. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing, and 7 to 10 days for arrival.
International customers are responsible for any additional charges or taxes incurred after the items have been shipped. We cannot guarantee unexpected costs.
Refund Policy
Returns and exchanges for new used shoes:

We will only accept returns if the product is defective or deemed non authentic.

Defective does not mean the shoe was damaged after attempted wear such all sole crumbling or sole separation as many shoes are years old explained in FAQ section.

We cannot accept refunds or exchanges after 7 days have passed from the date of purchase.

The condition of the return is that the product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.

We do not accept refunds on sale or used items.
Damage due to aging:

Products that are several years old (more than 3 years) from the year of production may be damaged when worn. We do not accept returns or exchanges for damage in this case.
Returns and exchanges of used shoes:

Shoes on this site can be considered "pre-owned" and "special condition" items.
Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these items after order confirmation. We ask for your understanding in this regard.
